Zambia’s most celebrated rap duo from the Copperbelt province, Chanda Na Kay, mostly recognized by their slogan “Bafika Aba Nyolinyoli,” have successfully released their first ever studio album, which they named “Zambia Izavina.” Chanda Na Kay are the first ever Zambian musicians who made their debut onto the music scene during a quarantine, and their music blew up with the help of the Internet. Their stardom did not seem like something that will stand the test of time considering the fact that their style was related to 408 Empire and then happening duo Dope Boys, but surprisingly, they have managed to maintain their stance in the music industry and have built a strong fan base and signed to Nexus Music Entertainment Ltd. “Zambia Izavina” is a body of work that consists of 14 well-delivering bangers and suited features. The artists featured on the album include Kunda Kinda, James Sakala, Peace Preachers, Chef 187, Abel Chungu, Majoos, Roki, 408 Empire (Y Celeb & Ray Dee), and Yo Maps. All songs were entirely produced by their labelmate, Massive.
